Our fish are harvested from the production ponds using seines. Floating graders are sometimes used to sort fish according to size.
Our koi are raised in mixed batches to ensure a variety of colors and patterns.
Finally, this is a photo of a sunset from the back door of our fish house. There's no particular significance to it. We enjoy the view.
